Refund Policy

At Death Wish Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return and refund policy. If you are not happy with your coffee for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. This policy applies to all our products, including whole bean coffee, ground coffee, and merchandise, as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label to make the return process as easy as possible. You do not need to pay for return shipping—we cover all return costs as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Once you send back the item, please allow us a few days to receive and inspect it. We will verify that the item is in its original condition and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars), the currency used on our website, and will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution, but we will process the refund promptly to ensure you receive your money as quickly as possible. Please note that refunds do not include any shipping costs you may have paid (though we offer global free shipping, so this rarely applies), and we do not offer exchanges—we will issue a refund, and you can repurchase the desired item if needed.
There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. Items that have been excessively used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. Additionally, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We may ask for photos of the defective item to help us improve our products and services.
